It is considered one of the most beautiful treks around Manali and can be done by anyone reasonably fit. The countryside is liberally endowed with forests of Walnut & Cedar, while a few flower strewn meadows enhance the trail. Commening our trek from Manali, the trail goes over Hamta pass past small villages at Purni & Sethan. The Panorama as viewed from the top of the pass is enthralling and inspiring, specially appearance of Inderasan and Deo Tibba Peak. From the pass we descends down to Chatru and walk along the right bank of Chandra river to Batal from where we walk along the river opposite to Bara Shigri glacier. On approach to Chandertal - considered to be source of Chandera river, the magnificent views of glacier & peaks of Mulkila & C.B. ranges can be seen. Crossing over Baralacha pass (4883 m) and further descending along Bhaga river, we arrive at Darcha and take our prearranged transport to Manali.

We travel overland from Delhi via Chandigarh to lush green valley of Kullu. Trekking up through lush green meadows, stately forests and narrow valleys accompanied by the constant roar of the river Parbati, we reach Khirganga, the place where Lord Kartikya is supposed to meditated and done penance. Walking over the glacier for complete full day we cross Pin Parvati Pass, where there is startling change in the landscape, as we enter the district of Spit which lies close to Tibetan border, and conclude our trek at Dankar Monastery. In this remote valley of Spiti there are number of ancient monasteries which are dedicated to the pre - Buddhist Bon religion. From here we take our prearranged transport to Kaza - the head quarters of Spiti valley. We spend full day in Kaza visiting Ki Monastery & Kibber village (4205 Mts.); the highest inhabitant village in the world. Driving out of Spiti valley via Kunzam pass (4550 Mts.), we spend a day sight-seeing in the attractive Manali town, before returning to Delhi. This is an ambitious exploratory trek, which traverses over glaciated Kangla Passindia package tours, holiday packages in india, india holiday, holiday in india, india travel packages into the Zanskar valley. This trip starts out with a spectacular drive into semi and Lahaul valley over Rohtang Pass. Trekking up along the Mayar Nallah which line our route through what is probably the most beautiful alpine valley in Himachal Pradesh, we reach Khanjar, a last village of the valley where the valley broadens with varieties of wild flowers and meadows. After spending full day acclimatization at Palphu we walk for 3 day over glacier where crevasses have to be crossed and camp near the confluence of two streams on the other side of the Kalinga Pass. There is the startling change in the landscape, as we enter the Zanskar valley. In this remote valley of Zanskar, we visit number of ancient monasteries, notably at Purni called Phuktal Gompa which is built on to the sheer face of the rock. From here we trek into the Lahaul valley over Phistela pass and concludes our trek at Keylong Sarai. Driving out of the Lahaul valley, we spend a day sight-seeing in the attractive Kullu down of Manali, before returning to Delhi.
